NOV11 group orders. Access is bound to each person's Telegram account (its numeric ID), confirmed when they send their one-time code to the bot in a private chat from their own account. Orders are accepted only from the registered group. A username, group membership or Telegram admin status gives no access. Approved staff can only submit and confirm their own NOV orders.
